Will be Responsible for: Leading the Technical Department and making all executive decisions with regards to the telecommunications infrastructure and technological interests of INFRATEL. He/she will be responsible for outlining INFRATEL's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with INFRATEL's business needs.
Minimum Qualification: Full Grade 12 Certificate, Master of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or Equivalent qualification, Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering. Member of EIZ with valid ERB license with a Minimum of 8 years senior technical management experience in the telecommunications industry. Proven expertise in running technical departments, building telecommunications infrastructure, proven record of strategic planning of network expansion, maintenance and operation with high availability. Proven experience of dealing with national regulators, dealing with big contracts and outside vendors.
Experience and Competence: He/she should have extensive technical knowledge in telecommunication systems design, implementation and maintenance; Good knowledge of Mobile Operators and Internet Service Providers’ telecommunications solution needs; Applies broader knowledge of standards to work assignments, Critical understanding of the current telecommunication trends and future solutions, able to coordinate the formulation of capital budgets for the acquisition, construction, installation and operation of tower sites including power solutions; Extensive understanding of optical fibre technology and all underpinning fundamentals and good practices, Fully proficient with Power Infrastructure Management systems and variety of power solutions for telecommunication towers; Excellent team management skills. Strength in development of subordinates and advancement of teamwork; Strength in quality, ensuring high availability of telecom systems; Strength in formulation and enforcing policies and standards with high service delivery trends, offer technical advice to the CEO; Contribute in the formulation and implementation of INFRATEL strategic goals; High honesty, integrity, and confidentiality; He/she should be Innovative and driven to finding new technologies and solutions for INFRATEL.
Job Purpose: The role of Senior Business Development Officer is a data-driven one that require commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the client base, the competitive market, an ability to analyze sales team performance, extensive new product development, and product management experience.
Minimum Qualification: A Degree in business/marketing, a Full Grade 12 Certificate, Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM). MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: Work experience of at least five years’ with a minimum of three years in a commercial role at middle management level, experience in Telecoms or FMCG Sectors would be an added advantage.
Skill Set:
Will be Responsible for: Corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company’s financial activities.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competence: Full Grade 12 Certificate, a Degree in Accountancy, Part Two ACCA /CIMA/ZICA with 3 years professional experience of which 2years should have focused planning and analysis. He/she should have knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as Sage, Pastel, QuickBooks). He/she should be proficient in data analysis and statistical forecasting with hands on experience in Tax computation.

The role is responsible for ensuring correct requirements are collected from customers and appropriate systems are developed, tested, and commissioned to clients. The role shall ensure best practice is upheld in developing software solutions. The software developer shall align to current software development trends to attain efficiency. The developer shall perform full stack roles.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competence: Full Grade 12 Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, Member of either EIZ or ICTAZ with Minimum of three (3) years of information technology experience with a focus on software development, He/she should have extensive technical knowledge in software development lifecycles and agile methodologies with Good knowledge of various software development frameworks, Good knowledge of various programming languages, Good knowledge of Software Testing and Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.
Will be Responsible for: Execution and management of contracts, customer on boarding and debt management.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competence: Full Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma in Sales or Marketing or any Business-related course, Manual Driver’s License with over two years’ experience, Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) or any other relevant professional body with 2 years’ experience in a sales related function. Preferably in telecoms or FMCG industry. He/she should have sound knowledge of sales methods and tools, in depth knowledge of processes, services, products, and customer specifications, Knowledge of ICT Industry able to understands basic financial terminology, understand the principles of effective customer service processes and Ability to network and persuade.
